Kroger - London

Deli staff are about the rudest, laziest people on earth. Describing it as poor customer service would be too generous. These people (not all but several) are simply uncivil folks who obviously hate their jobs.

First review is covid paranoia..stay home if your scared. This location is good, Very good compared to other kroger near enough to drive to. Best meat department in town, hell best grocery in town. Always clean and very well stocked. Floral dept does a great job and always full and fresh. They've recently removed their seafood section, bummer. Lots of registers always open with plenty of staff around. Location also has liquor store, gas station and small variety outside of salt, mulch, plants and such.

No one where's masks on their face. They wear them under their chins. No one enforces it. Covid nightmare!!

Around 11am today I went to get gas at the Kroger fuel station in London. I walked up on a transaction that had already started so I didn’t hear the exact details of what the customer purchased etc but I think the total was close to $13.00. The lady paid in all coins. It took her quite awhile to count it all out and she apologized to him several times. The manager, Bob, is rude, mean and creepy. He follows my mother around and my little sister around the store when they go there and has been caught harassing my mother on several occasions, and was just caught taking photos of my car with me in it waiting for my brother to finish shopping. I would not recommend taking your children into this store.
