I’ve dined at Over several times in the past, and it has always been spectacular. However, during my visit yesterday with my husband, we felt that the service and food quality had slipped a bit. The service was slow, and the wine glass arrived dirty. When we requested a clean glass, the waiter brought it to our table for us to swap out ourselves. This is something a restaurant should never do—they should apologize and replace the glass at the bar. As for the food, my pizza was great, but my husband’s Bolognese was a 7/10—it lacked enough sauce. Overall, the experience was okay, but not as excellent as it used to be. Will I return? I’m not sure.
