Very nice meal in nice busy restaurant with outstanding service

A shadow of Carluccios, this was my worst experience. The food was dry, took way too long I wondered wether they killed the pig on site to make sausages… The scrambled eggs between myself and a family member seemed to be one egg shared between us. We had a toddler and they didn’t really have a kids breakfast were out of pancakes and wouldn’t let her have a few pieces of fruit from the buffet as they wouldn’t know how to charge…. pathetic really. Worst but was this was the first experience for friends visiting from abroad, Its gone downhill and Marriot should do something if only to protect their local brand
