Starbucks - Lompoc

Love the Frappuccino's they make them just how you want if you want more coffee you will get more coffee.

We 've been coming recently because we don 't have AC at our house and it 's been getting to over 90 degrees inside, and the cool air and nice drinks were a welcome escape. Today, we didn 't have the best experience unfortunately. First, I tried to order the impossible sandwich and they were out, so that was unfortunate, but I understand that that sort of thing is inevitable sometimes. We came back later after eating somewhere else and I ordered a drink. It took a fairly lengthy amount of time for them to make it because they were prioritizing the drive thru, which again, I understand to an extent. When they called me up for my drink, I asked for a straw, and the guy told me sorry, we don 't have many left. I figured he meant none. I sat down, planning on just giving the drink to my partner, but I happened to see a worker by the drive thru handing out straws to a customer. That 's what broke me. We ended up just throwing the full drink away and leaving. Honestly felt like garbage after that. I don 't think I 'd feel comfortable going back. I also want to clarify that all of these issues could very likely have been entirely the fault of management, not necessarily the workers themselves, even the part about the straws. I can very much see that being a bad decision by upper management or a store/ district manager.

Was passing thru coming back for a little road trip, was happy to finally get to try the pineapple paradise drink at this location. All my local spots have been sold out of the ingredients to make the drink. Definitely liked the drink and recommend trying it out. Guy at window was super nice as well. Fastest Starbucks drivethru I?ve been thru, thank you.

Everytime I go to this specific starbucks I order a hot peppermint white mocha and they always ring it up correctly and the sticker says peppermint white mocha, but then they ALWAYS make it with regular mocha sauce or they make a Frappuccino. I completely understand it?s the holidays and they?re busy, but I believe there may be a miscommunication on managements part on how to read the labels since this has happened on at least 5 separate occasions at only this location and it should be addressed so the staff is given all the tools necessary to do their job
