Papa Johns Pizza - Lomita

What in the actual heck are you guys doing over there how do you mess up chicken nuggets??? Looks like someone put a few dabs on sauce on top a few nuggets and then just shoved them in foil and tossed them in the microwave they were soggy and barely anysauce at all on most the nuggets.... it was the worse experience I've had at any pizza chain.

I placed an order an hour ago, and after a disagreement with Catherine Castillo, who insisted it hadn't been an hour, the driver, Jose Guzman, left the pizza in a location that was not the front door without notifying us. The pizza sat out for all that time, and instead of being understanding and apologetic, Catherine chose to argue with me. I usually order from Papa John's, but this is not how a customer should be treated! I'm very disappointed with them today!

I hosted a birthday party and ordered six veggie pizzas, paying a total of $93.02 with my debit card. After waiting for a while, I was informed that they couldn't fulfill my order because my payment didn't go through. I showed them the charges on my bank app, but they still refused to help. I then called the bank and put them on speakerphone; the representative spoke to Evelyn, who dismissively said she didn't care and wouldn't fulfill my order. She told me to go elsewhere if I didn’t like it. I asked for the manager, and she claimed to be the manager, insisting that no one else could assist me. I was already late for my guests at home, so I had to pay again in cash and will request a reversal of the charges from the bank later. I will never return; the staff's attitude was unpleasant, as she was rude, playing with her phone while speaking to me, and there was no name tag to identify her. Overall, it was a very disrespectful experience both for customers and to the franchise itself.

The pizza was incredibly delicious, and the service was excellent!

The pizza was delicious, as always. I was pleasantly surprised to see the shop open on Christmas Day! I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and the service. Highly recommended!
