I've never experienced a Vietnamese restaurant this bad. I'm hopingthis was just a bad night. I did see a sign in their front window looking for help. I hope they find the help they need. Theonly thing I enjoyed were the spring rolls and leaving.
Simple lunch of pho with beef round and brisket. Very tasty broth. Beef was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Noodles were thin and not mushy. Service was quick and friendly. Would visit again.
The food here was excellent; I highly recommend that everyone tries it at least once in their lifetime! However, I wouldn't advise dining here if you’re on the verge of kicking the bucket—it would definitely create quite the mess. The ingredients were fresh, and everything was prepared beautifully. I polished off my meal with no leftovers. Oh, and if you didn’t catch it, the name is a clever pun—“Pho You” sounds like “for you,” referring to the noodles. Very inventive!
Noodles Pho U was simply amazing! Everything is made from scratch, and you can really see the effort put into preparing the food and ensuring it’s authentic. The atmosphere is lovely, featuring beautiful artwork, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it and will definitely return! Delicious!
All the Chinese restaurants around Villa Park are mediocre at best. None of them offer good egg rolls. So, we decided to give Noodles Pho U a try since their menu includes Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese dishes. After being disappointed by the cheap-quality meat used in local Chinese spots, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Noodles Pho U serves delicious food! The shrimp are large, the lo mein is full of flavor, and the fried rice is perfectly cooked with juicy pieces of pork. Even the orange chicken actually tastes like real meat. But the highlight for me? They have fantastic egg rolls! Unlike other places that serve fried rolls filled with just cabbage, theirs are packed with pork, shrimp, veggies, and cabbage. Finally, some good egg rolls! The prices are fair, and the food is great. Noodles Pho U will definitely be our go-to for Asian takeout from now on.
