Apollo Grill - Lombard

I encountered an extremely rude cashier during my visit. Before I could even finish placing my order, she became visibly upset and displayed negative body language. I've never walked out of a food establishment before, especially before completing my order. This visit was meant to assess whether we would consider using their catering services for an upcoming event, and I can say without a doubt that we won't be. The empty dining area at midday should have been a clear warning.

I eat here at least three times a week and I have to commend this restaurant for the diversity of their menu and the consistent quality of their food. Each meal is always well-prepared and satisfying. They even have a great selection of bread, including Italian varieties. I would happily give this place 5 stars, but the owners are often impolite and never greet customers with a simple hello or thank you, which is quite odd.

Our group of 14 visited Apollo Grill two hours before closing time, and they handled our orders flawlessly and without any stress! There was one person at the grill and another at the register, and the food was fantastic. They served us faster than any other restaurant we went to this weekend. Thank you! We also appreciated their cool art, which brightened our spirits during the tornado warnings.

This place was great. we had a party of 14 and the two young people working there had our lunch faster when we had given a chain restaurant. many options for eating.

While this is a very busy and bustling restaurant, the wait staff were friendly and accommodating. I really appreciate that they also have a security person in the evenings. Our food was fantastic.
