I like Zaxby’s better than other chicken fast food restaurants.Parking: I think they have 20 or 25 spaces. They are right in front of the Publix supermarket, and Publix has tons of parking to help Zaxby’s with overflow if such a thing ever happens.Kid-friendliness: No all fast food restaurants try to market. The idea that they are very kid-friendly, I think Zaxby’s does a better job.Wheelchair accessibility: They had spaces and ramps

I’m in literal tears right now typing this. This location just continues to go further into the trash as my food just did. My head hurts from a long day of work and just wanted some good quick easy food to settle my nerves. The wait in the drive thru is unbearable, then to receive season-less fries and the wrong wingz thingz not once but TWICE. I get a mess up here and there but in my FACE 2x!!! Makes no sense at all. What’s worst is that my order was repeated back to me both times and still gave me the wrong order. Turned around to tell them(angrily), no special inconvenience treat, just season-less fries and heavily saturated toast and no dipping sauce that suppose to come with it no questions ask. Fix this location ASAP. I will never return to this location. It’s complete TRASH. My order was TRADITIONAL WINGZ Thingz TONGUE TORCH WITH BOTH CHICKENS DIPPED IN SAUCE.

No sense of urgency from anyone here. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant. No ice in the machine.Will not be coming back.

Horrible place to eat. Wife and I ate there around 7:30 Friday 2/8/2024 and it was filled with young kids playing. We were the only customers inside eating and staff seemed offended that we were eating inside. Ordered the Club sandwich combo and got a piece of chicken with orange sauce only. Didn’t send it back because didn’t want my food out of my sight. Staff came to table twice to tell us there was an extended wait on our order when we were the only dine In customers there. They had people from other restaurants behind the counter and kitchen playing. Will never dine there again and will recommend the same for others.
