I called ahead to pick up my order but ended up going through the drive-thru instead. It felt more convenient than going inside. The staff was friendly when I placed my order, and everything was prepared just as described. I didn't encounter any issues. I really love the salad bread bowl!
I visited Panera last Sunday, and overall, my experience was quite average. I wasn’t overly impressed until I had the pleasure of being assisted by a staff member named Jordan, who made my visit truly enjoyable. I encountered an issue with my order while using the kiosk, and unfortunately, no one else was available to help me. Jordan not only resolved my problem by replacing my food with a better option than what I had ordered, but he also kindly helped me carry my food out into the freezing cold. They definitely need more employees like him! He’s a remarkable young man.
My daughter and I visited the bakery with the sole intention of getting some Valentine's heart cookies. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there didn't seem to be any on display. However, I asked one of the team members if they had any in stock. They apologized and informed me that they were all out. But then, another staff member—who I didn’t catch the name of, but she appeared to be of South Asian or Middle Eastern descent and was wearing a headscarf—told us to wait while she checked in the back for any remaining cookies. To our delight, she returned with the beautiful heart cookies just in time for Valentine's Day! Her efforts truly made my daughter’s day special!
