We have a medium-sized sub free because my husband's name started with an R. The staff were very friendly. We talked to the manager and he was very sweet and professional.

OMG what a great experience, the store manager was so awesome with all the costumers!!! I dont kive close, but I will go out the way, just for the experience yummy subs!! Hire ten more of the store manager his employees!

I've been gluten-free for a few months due to health reasons, and I've been craving a sandwich. I previously tried a gluten-free sandwich from another chain and wasn’t impressed, but Firehouse’s bread was truly exceptional. It was soft, flavorful, and didn’t crumble like cardboard. It tasted fresh and delicious. I ordered the veggie sandwich with extra oil and vinegar, and it was fantastic! I’m definitely going to get another one the next time I'm in the area. I’m giving it four stars only because it took a bit longer to prepare than I expected, and I was feeling impatient.
