Portillo's Hot Dogs - Logan County

This isnt the first time this has happened. i have not received parts of my order. and tonight, i didn't receive half of my order, and doordash isnt even able to compensate my order either. i cant get in contact with portillos either. this is the last time i will be ordering from this portillos.

Food is on point, Service is subpar! I ordered online and waited for 20 min after time given pick up my order before I asked to speak with a manager. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, from giving me attitude when I asked to speak with a manager to interrupting my conversation with the manager. I explained to the manger that having one person taking care of the take out orders was unacceptable and was not sufficient to handle the amount of takeout orders that where coming in. Completely disorganized when handing out orders, takes minimum of 20mins to even get food. Manager had no idea what was being put out or what order was even worked on. Absolute joke of an establishment. Placed an online order for pick up, food wasn't even ready and waited over 45mins to just get my food.

The food at Portillos is usually pretty good. This location needs to properly train their folks in customer service. The entire time my order was being taken the attendant was more interested in a conversation on the other side of the restaurant as wells as talking to coworkers. We finally had to ask her if she would rather join the conversations and get somebody else to help us. If course..the she became rude.
