Sushi Ya - Logan

I'm not much of a sushi aficionado, but that might actually add something to my review. I really like Sushi from Sushi-Go. It's excellent for someone who is a little wary of some sushi. The Aggie Crunch Cali is awesome.

Some of the best sushi in Cache Valley! Everything is ready-to-go, made fresh that morning. At $4.99 a roll, you can't beat it! Their drink options are a little limited, but they have cans and bottles for purchase. I recommend the Aggie Roll or the Philly Roll!One note: if you're planning on a dine-in experience, this isn't it. In fact, there is very limited seating at either location, with a couple of tables and a few chairs. It's really intended as a grab and go spot.

Amazing experience! Sushi is super tasty, especially for the price. We even got free drinks! Definitely my new favorite sushi place.

I stopped by at lunchtime. This is not a traditional sushi restaurant. The sushi and nigiri is prepared in advance, and is sold from a refrigerated counter. When I was there, most of the dishes were made with cooked fish, mostly crab, which I don't personally like. I picked up a Rainbow Roll and a tray of salmon nigiri. Both were good but not great. But then so far I haven't found a great sushi restaurant in Logan.
