Hocking Hills Diner - Logan

Tom and I are frequent patrons of this restaurant. I really appreciate the dedicated staff who always make you feel like part of the family. The service is excellent, and the food is prepared just the way you like it. Even when dealing with the challenges they face, they consistently deliver the best experience. I adore this place and hope the pandemic ends soon. I'll gladly eat in my car if I have to. Looking forward to seeing you all soon!

The food was enjoyable, but to be fair, the service was quite slow. The waitstaff were very friendly, but the restaurant could benefit from being more efficient. It feels like it’s being managed as if it were 40 years ago, which isn't ideal for such a busy place.

As a local, I've dined here multiple times, and unfortunately, it rarely meets expectations in terms of quality and service. More often than not, the service is exceedingly slow, the food arrives cold or incorrect, and the staff seldom checks in on you. The prices are steep—$10 for eggs and bacon and $5.49 for a fruit bowl, for instance. I've had to repeat my order multiple times only for it to still come out wrong. Overall, the experience has been disappointing. It's disheartening because this place has the potential to be great, and I truly want to support local businesses, but the execution here leaves much to be desired. If you're visiting and seeking a good breakfast, I recommend heading to Bob Evans instead.
