Gasthof Zum Schweizer - Lofer

We ate twice and had no complaints. eating was not spetacular and the service could have been better, but overall fit. not spetacular, but convenient and affordable.

One of the better restaurants in this village. fresh dishes with local ingredients. for a good meal with an appetizer and a desert, this is a place they can also go. depending on the season it can be a bit quiet or very busy. natives like hanging around here. the staff was very nice and helpful. they generally speak only German. prices are very affordable, especially taking into account the size of the portions. beautiful weeping and beer. not complaining. often do not accept credit cards, its small village. the menu serves most people, although most have meat in it. but further there is enough variation and focuses on the season. they use local products and keep the environment. 3 courses can be too much for the smaller ones, as every cure is in decent size. outside the season they can be closed on some days. another certainly a recommendation.

We went because it was #1. Greatly disappointed when it was time to pay and they wouldn't take a credit card. I walked 15 minutes trying to find a ATM. Came back ticked that a fine meal was spoiled by a short sighted owner. I advise all to avoid this place.

Great food. But archaic practice of requiring cash. Husband walked 20 minutes to find ATM. What are these people thinking? This is 2016.

We were been here for 2 nights.. It was so great hotel. We were back from amsterdam. And we were been here at 6am. My husband asked to riception .. We can check in now.. Becos we came back from amsterdam n we were so tried n we need sleep now. .. They were so great... And we could checked in at 6 am... Thank you so much ur helfull n kindly....
