Overall, I usually have a great experience when I visit Tim Hortons. However, my last visit was quite disappointing. The wait was long, and after finishing my drink, I decided to open the cup because it had a strange taste. To my surprise, I found some strange particles in my drink. It was water, but there were black and brown specks floating around and sticking to the sides of the cup. It honestly looked like the cup had been dirty beforehand.
I go to the tim Horton's alot and the one i go too dysinger rd lockport . At 5 o'clock they are out of donuts everytine i stop and customer service has alot to be desired.
On 4/27/20 at like 7pm one person made my ice coffee the best it has ever been...thank you:
