Tim Hortons - Lockport

I've always enjoyed Tim Hortons, but sadly, there isn't one where I currently live. So whenever I return home, I always make it a point to grab their incredible honey cruller and a coffee.

I had a large ice cream coffee, and it was really good. There's not much else to add. I’d give it a 5/5!

I ordered a large iced coffee, and it was quite enjoyable. There's not much else to elaborate on. I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

I keep getting shortchanged on Tim Bits! I've ordered 40 four times now, but only received 28. Additionally, our breakfast sandwiches usually come with just one slice of bacon, and the Tim Bits often taste stale, with 4 to 5 of them being squished. It's extremely disappointing! We've been loyal customers for a long time, but now we're thinking of trying somewhere new, maybe McDonald's. I'm not sure, but something needs to change!

The coffee mixes can be inconsistent; the flavored iced coffees vary quite a bit in taste. It's rare for me to get the sweetness just right. I suspect this might be due to either poorly trained staff or a general lack of attention. As for the donuts, they're just okay—smaller than they used to be and not as tasty as when they first opened. However, the breakfast sandwiches have improved significantly. Unfortunately, the sausage still tastes pretty bland, almost like chewing on a rubber glove.
