フィードバックを提供するThis was the worst experience I've ever had, all thanks to Oswald! I understand it was close to closing time, but being rude and sarcastic is not how you should treat customers. I asked for a simple iced coffee, and he made it in under three minutes, but then turned off the lights as soon as he handed it to me. When I tried the coffee, it was extremely bitter, so I went back to ask for some sugar. He just shrugged me off and said they were closed and he couldn't help. I really hope he finds a job that suits him better.

I honestly rated this place 3 stars mainly because of the pricing. I've only tried the RedBull Infused Drink, but that was enough for me to decide on the rating. I usually go to Dutch Bros, a well-known corporate chain, which can be pricey, but they have a rewards program and other perks that really benefit their customers. I appreciate that. While I do support small businesses, it’s difficult for me to justify the higher prices at this place compared to a corporate company like Dutch Bros, especially when they offer similar coffee and energy drinks. On a positive note, the customer service here is excellent, and they even provide pup cups for our furry friends!
Great smoothies. Visited when there was a long line. Person came out to cars to take orders ahead of time. Appreciated that.
I will support local businesses first and foremost whenever possible. I usually go here in the weekends after 10:00. Second time in two weeks coffee is lukewarm, it tastes like good quality coffee that's why I gave it two stars. If I ask for something and I'm willing to pay for it give me what I expect, or put a sign out that says lukewarm coffee after 9:00 or whatever am. I'm not giving up on you, but I am going to try summer moon next time.
