Coopers Bbq - Llano

This place is a great stop when you come from West Texas! You order in the pit then take your food inside to order beer, and weigh your meat. The pages are quite expensive. The free beans at the Pickle/onion Bar are AMAZING

The best bbq I've ever had! My friend and I stopped on my way home from a long weekend. We wish we had bought more for more leftovers! The pork ribs, Brisket and Jalapeño sausage were great, all dipped into the sauce! Throw in the most tasteful baked potato we've ever had and it was just amazing! A must stop for us while visiting the hill country!

Great. We tried some meat. They were fantastic. Beans and mac-n cheese were also good. Pecan Cobbler was dry.

Solid BBQ. I liked the bride, sausage and Sirloin. All sides were pretty good. Nothing was spectacular, but it was all good.

This place lives up to the hype! BBQ is Texas has gotten out of hand where a lot of places that people talk about aren’t worth it but this place is! Burnt ends were great (super salty) and the Mac and cheese was awesome with black pepper but the most surprising thing was how good the green beans were!! Yes and more please!
