Pizzeria Parma - Ljubljana

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious and they offer several vegan options. You can easily replace regular cheese with vegan cheese for a small fee. They also have student discounts available. Just note that the daily student meal soup may contain cream. The pizzas are on the smaller side, but they are the perfect size for one person.

A visit to Pizzeria Parma feels like a nostalgic trip back to the 1970s. However, don't worry, the pizza is not from that era - it is freshly made. I enjoyed the classic flavors of the pizza, but I thought there was not enough cheese and too much arugula on top. Additionally, I found the pizza to be a bit on the smaller side.

Pizzeria Parma has three seating areas. The one above the main square features cake plates attached to the walls and 70s style orange lampshades. My pizza verdi came with vegan cheese, made with organic flour for the dough, fluffy crust, and topped with sweet white spade, zucchini, aubergine, and rocket leaves. I would have liked a bit more sauce on the edges and more vegetable slices. Water was complimentary. The service was quick and friendly. The pizza was reasonably priced at 7.70€, including the 50-cent charge for vegan cheese, but it was also smaller in size, comparable to a cake plate.

They have many vegan pizza options with vegan cheese. it tastes amazing, and also the crust is very thick and tasty.
