フィードバックを提供するManagers have a bad attitude, but the employees on the 1st speaker were nice. They're always short staffed and don't have nobody at the front register, inside usually always locked the past three times I went there. They don't even put a sign up to warn you that they're not accepting guests inside of the building.
Ordered 2 5$ biggie bags. They tried to give us a child's meal when we got to the window and then forgot both burgers. Enjoying $14 French fries for lunch today.
Went through the drive thru at 8pm and they said they were only selling fries, frosties and drinks. Turned off their grills 4 hours before closing. Not to mention the guy talking to us was rude and when we pulled by the window the employees (kids) inside were just playing on their phones. Go to a different Wendy's, the employees here are awful and I can only assume their management isn't much better.
Our food was good, the wait in the drive thru wasn't terrible. We got $5. Biggie Bags which were good!!
They got order wrong. Sausage was older than dirt. Biscuits were hard. French toast sticks were old. Called and they said we can only replace your order tomorrow. Hmm well this was for my family! We all work on the weekdays ... Won't be going back to Wendy's for breakfast
