Subway Sandwiches Salads - Livonia

Walked in and the young man behind the counter was leaning up against the wall talking to 2 females on the this side of the counter. Once he finally walked up to the counter I told him what i wanted adding bacon. He's separating the meats on theprotective sheet on the counter and when he places my bacon on the counter I asked him to warm my bacon. I waited and got noresponse from him so I asked him again. He jerked his head up and responded very rudely that he heard me the first time. So Isaid if you heard me then respond. His attitude continued to escalate and he stated again I heard you the first time. He startedto get beligerent and one of the females stepped up and put her arms on him to calm him down. I told him t o keep the sandwhichand walked out.

Picked up an order that I ordered through the app . The the toppings and meat were almost non existent on the sandwiches(I had 3 pickle slices on a foot long and it looked like they split one of the pre portioned chicken containers between both sides of thesandwich instead of one container per side . The subway in Walmart new Roads is way better

The location is convenient. However, I was somewhat rudely questioned about why I brought my dog inside, even though he was clearly wearing a service dog vest. Otherwise, the two women were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly, but it seemed they had trouble listening. I repeated my order three times, yet they kept asking for clarification. To make matters worse, they initially forgot to charge me for one item, so they had to reverse the charge and then bill me again.

The food here is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they prepare your meals quickly. Every dish is consistently delicious.
