Sabrosa - Liverpool

Great to see this lovely small cafe reopened with authentic Spanish cuisine, even if its now more limited to morning and lunchtime. All the food is freshly prepared and home made. The bread and Spanish pasties as well as the sweet treats were all delicious. I would highly recommend popping in!

I decided to order takeout from this restaurant because the reviews were good and it's close to my home. Unfortunately, all the food was incredibly salty and we couldn't eat it. The cod and potato fish balls tasted like croquettes and were very dry. The homemade chips were thin and soggy, and the ribs, chicken, and paella all just had an overpowering taste of salt. The garlic bread seemed like it had been deep-fried and was rock hard. We ended up throwing everything away. I called the restaurant and the person I spoke to was very apologetic and refunded the money back onto my card.

Edwardo, is always polite, helpful and his food is beautful. Would highly reccomend. Take away food is as beautiful as sitting in.

The service at this restaurant is friendly and very fast. The tapas dishes are all delicious and come in good-sized portions. Be sure to take a look at their new menu.

The tapas here are amazing, highly recommend the tortilla and the albondigas meat balls my husband is Spanish and he loved it, he said it is very authentic and tasty. You could bring your own wine and they will open it for you. Staff were super helpful and very pleasant . 5 stars
