Why is it every time we come here the fast food machines don’t work, what’s the point of them on a Saturday night when it one of the most busiest times it makes no sense ridiculous

The staff at this restaurant were rude and mostly young people who seemed more interested in chatting than doing their job. My entire order was incorrect and I even found a hair in my wrap. When I complained to the manager Jess, she was incredibly rude and refused to take responsibility. The staff and managers were also on their phones while preparing food, which is very unsanitary. They replaced the food, but the whole experience had already put me off. I also noticed that there was no hand washing taking place, which made me feel physically sick. I would not recommend eating here unless you want to get sick.

This place needs inspecting by council Food Hygiene and downgraded on its star rating to a 3. Its dirty all over the place ,the food is served cold as its left waiting on counters as the staff are so busy and misserable . Its the worst Mc Donalds ever been too . If you want hot food which you can eat , avoid this place .

I usually don't write fast food reviews, but this experience was anything but fast. I used the self-service machine and received a number on the screen instead of a receipt. I was told to go to the collection point to wait for my food. After standing there for 20 minutes with no sign of my order, I approached a staff member at the till and asked for a refund for order 77. They asked me what was wrong with the food, but I explained that I hadn't even received it after waiting for so long. It seemed like the process was not being followed, unlike in other McDonald's restaurants I am familiar with. It was frustrating not to have a receipt to contact head office about my experience, and to not even receive the food I paid for. Overall, it was a disappointing visit and I would not recommend it. The assistant manager did try to help by offering a refund or a new meal, but I didn't want to wait any longer as my friend had already started eating.

Incredible, the staff are so nice (shoutout to Gareth!!! We love you! went above and beyond for us, if we lived in liverpool we’d come back every single day.
