Amazing staff, so helpful, faye and kyle were so patient and kind, helpful and nothingwas too much trouble for them, will be back they are a credit to yourselves

20+ minutes waiting for order (3x kids meals 3x adult meals employees appear clueless unmotivated (over charged but refunded ... then part of order missed altogether yet still charged for. SOME FOOD (CHIPS NOT FULLY COOKED SOME NUGGETS BURNED waste of money ! There that long a toilet visit was required ..... my daughter said the ladies were dirty, had dead flies in them, no toilet roll and no hand sanitiser WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS BRANCH SHUT IT DOWN !

What a run down filthy place this is Ordered on deliveroo my order never arrived even tho it said delivered on the app Had to go in store as the phone number on there website isn't even upto date My order was still on the counter had not even gone out for delivery This was handed to me to take after sitting there for over 40 minutes So asked for a fresh order what took another 25 minutes Even tho there was not one other person in there or at the drive thru The staff just all stood around on there mobile phones it was like watching the walking dead The place is filthy and now I know why it is always empty First time here and will definitely be the last This really needs shuting down how it is even open is beyond me

Came to Burger King in east Prescot road and I had a brilliant experience, the food was tasty and warm, the team was extremely nice and the restaurant was clean and very appealing! The crowns spread around the restaurant were amazing for the kids. Overall a great experience, can’t wait to come back again

We took our grandson for a burger as a treat, it was not a treat! Decided to eat inside place completely empty, but tables covered in leftovers and not cleaned. Waited 20 minutes for our meals with no explanation. Told there were no chips but we saw chips being cooked for the delivery meals no apologies, just ‘no chips’. Manager really rude and aggressive to his staff, making the whole experience uncomfortable we couldn’t wait to leave. I get this is fast food, but the staff have no pride in the place and it just feels depressing and miserable. Don’t get there! Which is sad to say as we much prefer burger king to McDonald’s. Manager seemed only interested in watching football and being rude to the staff and customers.
