フィードバックを提供するWe were visiting from Texas and decided to have dinner at a familiar restaurant “Red Lobster”. We received great service and the food exceeded our expectations. We started with the lobster pizza, then had combination platters to try a variety of the featured dishes.
I visited this restaurant again on a Wednesday night, and my experience was better than the last time. I ordered the NY strip and Maine lobster tail. Although it took a little longer than expected for our dinner to arrive, everything was cooked perfectly, including my rare steak. The service was average for Red Lobster; the staff seemed to hover around until it was time to place our order and then tended to vanish when it came to dessert or feedback. Nevertheless, the overall service was still good.
Red Lobster in Littleton used to be one of our favorite dining experiences, especially during their Endless Shrimp promotion. However, it seems that things have changed for the worse. Not only have they raised their prices (which we expected), but the quality of the food is no longer what it used to be. The shrimp were dry and overcooked, making them tough to chew. The shrimp cocktail lacked the signature flavor it once had, and the shrimp linguini is no longer offered as a choice. Walt’s favorite—just a simple garlic shrimp—is something you can find anywhere else, and it was really the highlight of our meal. The service was average at best, and we were there on a night that wasn’t particularly busy. Unfortunately, this Red Lobster has dropped off our list of top ten local dining spots.
Absolutely awful! During our meal, something occurred that caused everyone in the restaurant to cough, gag, and sneez. Nobody assisted us in leaving or tried to prevent new customers from entering. After this experience, I won’t be returning to Red Lobster.
Very good food and good service! we really enjoyed it.
