Qdoba Mexican Eats - Littleton

I always enjoy dining at Qdoba. I ordered the three chicken street tacos, and although I was initially unsure about the pink sauce, I discovered that it tastes quite good. My daughter shared a taco from the kids' menu, which was just the right amount for her lunch. The staff there are very helpful. I typically don't visit this location often, but I had a great experience. If you're looking for a quick bite and want something other than a hamburger, this is a fantastic place to go.

I ordered over $30 worth of food and a few children's drinks. My 4-year-old daughter asked for a cup of water, and when she tried to fill it, she accidentally added some lemonade. After we helped her fill the cup with water, it ended up with a light yellow liquid inside. I apologized to the staff, as I thought this was a minor issue. However, the employee responded quite rudely, insisting that we either pour it out and only get water, or pay for it as a separate drink. My partner and I were shocked by her attitude. We explained to our daughter that we would deal with it later, and the cup remained in the center of our table. Yet, the cashier approached us and demanded we either discard the drink or risk being charged for it. I handed her the cup, but the whole situation felt really bizarre and upsetting, particularly since it made our little girl cry. Honestly, I would never return to this establishment, even if they offered me money.

I am very pleased with the management at this restaurant. My children's meal was unfortunately messed up; it was so bad that one of the original items was missing entirely. When I spoke to the manager about this, even though it wasn't his fault or his responsibility, he took the initiative to make things right for us. It’s a given that problems and mistakes can happen in any situation, but what really matters is how they are resolved.

I visited this place three times. every three times I had a very negative experience with robert. He's rude, no matter if you get your food as you want. I will never be there again! if I cooked around my mais tortilla quesadilla 2x, so it is crispy that it once, I have a squishy quesadilla now, they say that for the child's meal they can not have a glass only milk or juice, then they should check that all their juices have expired. I command this exact same order everywhere and I understand what I command. this is the only one who plays these games.

I had a terrible experience on Friday morning. First thing I noticed was the filthy glass protector, the guys working seemed too busy to even let me know it would be a minute. 6 min later I asked for a small breakfast burrito and he put the large tortilla on the heater. I noticed and let him know I asked for small, he then asked if he could help the next person in line. The only other customer and I kinda laughed and I just walked out. Zero hustle or customer service.
