Coal Mine Kitchen - Littleton

We celebrated my man's 50th birthday with a brunch. eating was very bland and not cooked well in total. it wasn't terrible, it was just not very delicious. the atmosphere is very sweet and everyone worked was nice. it was a bit strange to pay these prices for breakfast and have to get our own drinks (minus juice). the freshly squeezed orange juice as excellent along with the breakfast egg rolls and bananas promote French toast. the other four dishes we got were mediocre. pleasant, but probably will never go again.

Weekly sister breakfast. Heidi was our waitress. She was fantastic. Smiling, friendly, eager to help. We had the best breakfast experience we’ve had in a long time.

The food is amazing and the manager is fantastic!!! The cook was hilarious when he visited our table. I would definitely recommend Coal Mine Kitchen to anyone who isn’t looking for a basic breakfast because this food is way beyond any breakfast I’ve ever had.

They allowed us plenty of time to catch up on conversation service was decent but not fantastic. Breakfast egg rolls were supposed to have bacon served w/green chili ranch. They came w/sausage (2) chorizo (2) some chili sauce that was a little sweet spicy. When I asked for jalapeño or green chili ranch, I was told there would be a charge there was for both. I watched a server push down the trash before taking it out not sure I saw him wash his hands afterward.

Note in the door it is closed until Tuesday 3rd november due to the covidence and restaffing problems also note that I drove past 9th today and it is still closed in the round until further notice
