Sims -b-que - Little Rock

I can't say enough good things about Sims! During our road trip from Brooklyn, NY to Austin, TX, Sims had the best barbecue, hands down! I still find myself thinking about it. The chopped pork was perfect, the ribs were fantastic, the prices were reasonable, and the collard greens were expertly cooked. They serve generous portions, and everything tasted amazing. They also have strict mask rules in place inside. If you're passing through Little Rock, make sure to stop here. Consider enjoying your meal in one of the nearby parks!

Sims BBQ is a straightforward gem. If you enjoy well-smoked, flavorful meat, definitely give it a try. I’ve never been let down by them!

This is definitely one of the best BBQ places around! I have a chopped beef sandwich every week. You should definitely try the collard greens with some delicious cornbread!

Here from Cali for a few weeks and I Gotta say, from the time I called in my order, to the perfect smoke-ringed ribs, I am very impressed! The folks there were as home as you can get and like so many people I have met here in LR, all's I can say is, they are the definition of great food and hospitality. It's all about the experience people. I bought the ribs for 2 which was 12 actual ribs, (Yes, for myself, all of it lol) a side of greens and a side of potato salad and a side of the beans. Simply put from Cali, you better ask somebody!!!! I am here for 3 more weeks and I will definitely be back!
