Rally's - Little Rock

This is the best fast food restaurant with consistently respectful and excellent customer service. The food is always hot and fresh. I definitely recommend this place.

I had an issue with my credit card being charged and no one answering the phone at this restaurant. However, the food was good. I recommend paying with cash and getting a receipt to avoid any problems. I will be avoiding this place in the future. Update: The issue was resolved and I now give them 5 stars.

Waited 2 hours for a doorman. I went to the parking lot. the cook turned around and wounded through the window, then turned around and cleaned, then turned around to stare and mouth something else. the people were just rude and slow.

We thought they were closed because there weren't any cars in the lot, but they were open in the drive through. My exchange student said it was her favorite burger on her whole exchange year so far!
