フィードバックを提供するThis was truly the worst experience I've ever had. The cashier was extremely rude. She hurried us while we were waiting for our receipt, and the older lady had an incredibly unpleasant attitude, mumbling under her breath and tossing our items at us.
I went to Dunkin' to pick up an order and headed straight to the pick-up area. Without saying anything, the cashier suddenly started yelling at me to wait, even though I hadn’t said a word. I tried to explain that she didn’t know why I was there, but she continued to be rude and insisted she didn't have to listen to me. Then, she began chatting and laughing with her coworkers in a different language. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and ran off to the back, still shouting and laughing. This was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a staff member.
The coffee was good, but the service left much to be desired. There was no friendly greeting, no "Hi," no "Thank you," and no "Have a great day" – absolutely nothing. It's a shame, especially since America runs on Dunkin'.
This dunkin donuts had such a nice employee, I wish I had his name. he made delicious fresh made decafe coffee and yummy toasted croissant.
