Jack In The Box - Little Elm

I ordered delivery late at night through DoorDash and the wait time was extremely long. It took 50 minutes for my food to be ready (not including delivery time). The poor employee who waited 30 minutes before leaving had to return it to be remade. For a fast food restaurant, it was far from fast. I understand that many places are short staffed, but waiting nearly an hour for my food is difficult to justify. I love eating here and I appreciate that they are open 24 hours, but the long wait just for some basic burgers is not acceptable.

The morning drive-thru staff at this restaurant need some adjustments. They did not inform me of the total amount and expected me to have my money ready when they reached the window. When I got my money ready, the staff member quickly closed the window and walked away. I held my money out the window and when she returned, she repeated the total amount and I confirmed my order. Despite this, she seemed dismissive and kept my order far away from me, making it difficult to reach. The staff member then began talking excessively at the window. Overall, the customer service was lacking. The staff member was an older Hispanic woman wearing a pink sweater.

I have consistently had a good experience at this restaurant. The Hispanic/Latino staff always ensure my order is correct. However, there is a middle-aged woman who uses the drive-thru speaker to call her "friend," and she can be quite untrustworthy. She let me down one night when I needed her.

Have they ever wondered why they ask them to pull to the door to get their order when they go through a drive thru, and there are no other customers? it is because there is a timer that records how long a car has waited on the running gear thru window. by asking you to lift the timer stop and your waiting time looks good. that doesn't matter to me so that the employees can keep their bosse happy. but at this place I will be asked to do it when I go there and my order is always wrong. Not only are they blurred on ordering times, but also do not pay attention to the order. eating is decent as they find at most places, but young, pick up their act together.

Now this is the best burger fast food. Jack has always been there for me when I have the munchies.
