Parking is good, location to the freeway is even better. The restaurant is clean, some staff had masks, some patrons had masks. Silverware is plastics in baggies. The big concern for those who need more sanitation during these times ... the salad bar was open and maskless patrons sit very close to the bartender mixing everyone's drinks while the bartender is yelling back and forth to wait staff on the orders. The bartender should wear a mask and make drinks behind plexi ... particularly when the majority of your patrons represent a community disproportionately dying of Covid.. hopefully they reassess the bar area 4 stars goes to the staff (bartender notwithstanding). Excellent servers, the manager is super friendly and walks around. People walked in and called her by name. Its nice to visit a chain restaurant and see this type of investment in your customers' satisfaction. $2 draft beers during happy hour and $4 Relaxers on Thursdays
Don't see how this location is still open. On some Tuesday's they have a $5 lunch special. I went on a Tuesday a little after noon and was told they were out already. WTH yall barely been open a hour and you out, so I left. Decided to give them a try again on my bday, went in with the free burger or salad bar bday offer. When seated I saw that the salad bar was empty, told the server that's what I wanted and that it needed to be refilled. Server said she would let the attendant know. Waited a little bit, go up there still nothing. Tell server again, waited a little more, still nothing. We left and on the way out I told the manager, who didn't seem to care at all. Smh. I will be letting corporate know
I wasn't I Pressed at all, not that I was expecting anything outside of the normal Ruby Tuesday experience but this was close to terrible. We started off with the classic sampler and we received: almost cold spinach dip and it wasn't even a full portion and a half cup of marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. The plastic cups need to be thrown in the first garbage can available, they had residue all around the brim (YUCK) so needless to say we requested styrofoam. A manager named Amy came to our table, we explained the problems and she placed another order for us. She was very understanding, respectful and accommodating, when she brought the sampler back she waited until everything was to our liking and we appreciated that. IF (and that's a BIG if) we ever returned it would only be because of her level of customer service. Also the restroom smelled like a dirty diaper was in the trash can, I literally held my breath
Came here for dinner with my best Sunday afternoon. The place wasn't too crowded and we were able to be seated right away. Our server took a lil longer to get to us but provided decent service. For my drink i got the grown up lemonade with jack Daniels it was delicious strong but still sweet. For my entree i had the hickory bourbon glazed pork chop with mashed potatoes and grilled zucchini. The pork chop was thick and juicy I'm a sauce person so i asked for extra hickory bourbon sauce on the side. My bestie had the sirloin that she also enjoyed but the steak was smaller than expected. I also had the endless salad bar which was delicious. All the veggies were fresh and the ranch is bomb. They have happy hour 4-7 and i definitely want to go back for the $3 drink specials
Well, there we were, on the road and looking for lunch, and as they say, any port in a storm. Oh boy. As a whole, I think Ruby Tuesdays are fine... yes, they are a chain restaurant... but, they set a good expectation of decent food and decent drink... so one would like to think that will be met when you walk in the place... It ain 't gonna be met here. Our bartender was fine and very accommodating... and the food was ok ish (we didn 't get sick from it , but beyond that, it was really rough. All of the beer taps were dry (this was on a Thursday afternoon you don 't even have the limited selection of beer that you 're supposed to have, and nobody cares?!?! .... and while waiting for what drinks they might have, you pause to look around and see the cobwebs and filth of the place. Uhhh. We survived lunch. Whoever manages this place has no cares not a single one. It shows in every aspect of the place. Don 't stop here.... go somewhere else.... anywhere else.
