フィードバックを提供するWhen it came time to eat, I ordered a 2-piece fish meal. The first piece of fish was decent, but the second one was a disappointment. It was missing some of its breading and seemed like it had been reheated—definitely not fresh! It wasn’t just cold; it should have been crispy. I didn’t delay in eating either; I even opened the carton to let the steam escape, hoping to keep my fries from getting soggy. Everything else was fresh, but I couldn’t overlook that one piece of fish—probably the oldest I’ve ever received from them. Honestly, I’m still hungry. If I’m going to wait for 30 minutes, I expect that everything should be fresh.
The restaurant wasn't open for inside dining at 12:30 PM. I waited 38 minutes in the drive-thru line, and my fish was cold when I got it. The chicken tenders were just crispy chicken bites. I ordered fries and okra for my sides, but I only received a small handful of cold fries—no okra at all. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this place.
I'm giving this restaurant 2 stars because I truly like it, but my experience today was quite disappointing. I arrived at the drive-thru at 1:56 PM, and now it's 2:40 PM, and we're still waiting for our order. There were only 4 cars ahead of us! We're going to use up our entire lunch break before we even make it back to the office. We are three VERY disappointed customers.
Service was slow, oh well. Fries cold but the fish was hot and crispy. Not much energy from the cashier. She was not rude but definitely was not friendly. Opportunity to improve customer service skills!
Drive thru line took forever! Over 30mins for one meal. Employees were nice and the food was fine, but I probably won't be back to this location unless I just have to have Captain Ds and they are all that is available.
