Was honestly eh the service however was really really bad and then when the food did come it was already cold.

When my husband picked it up we were very disappointed. He ordered the piece chicken wings and they were rubbery, undercooked and wet. He tried and threw the rest in the garbage. Plus, out of the wings, only pieces were thighs. I had ordered the Avocado Chicken Club and the Prosciutto Flatbread. I could tell the chicken breast was the frozen pre-cooked/seasoned kind you can buy in the box. The premise of the sandwich sounded good but it was very tasteless and the chicken should have been an actual fresh chicken breast. The only thing that was really good and a bit different was the flatbread. The rest of the menu is run-of-the-mill stuff that any cook makes at home. When Crabby Joes redid the outside of their restaurants I thought they would have reinvented the menu as well. We hadn't gone there for about years because the last experience wasn't great either but we thought we'd give it another try and were even more disappointed.

Absolute trash. The service is always garbage. Ordered steak with side, desert, and dip. got home and ended up with a single piece of steak in a box, no desert, no side, just a single piece of meat and dip. That's after calling times before they even picked up. Also once waited minutes standing inside waiting to pay for my mobile order that was sitting in front of me unattended. Had to Yell to get someone's attention. Don't waist your money or time on this location. They'll either ignore you, it screw up your order.

I was hesitant to dine at this restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. It's rare to find both in one place.
