Papa Johns Pizza - Lisle

In the late night stopped to get a pizza, was placed slammed, but service was fast and friendly. Brownies with great addition.

Staff here are very nice and polite. But I feel that they are very understated, because although my pizza was ready, the delivery time was over an hour! I called and offered to pick it up instead, and they said that would be okay to continue apologising, The pizza I received was still delicious and I ordered from there several times without problems. They are always polite and accommodating. I'm just careful now when I order Friday nights. Everyone must have the same idea and be sick to cook until Friday and just want a pizza!

This place can move between three stars and five stars. Everything depends on when you order and how you want to get your pizza (pic-up vs. delivery). I had no problem with pickup. Always ready when they say the orders were always to order (and I really enjoy their pizza) and the people at the checkout were always nicely chatted. Now...delivery is another story. I had orders wrong, things that were missing from the order, orders that took 90 minutes when it was estimated that it would take 45. It's pretty much to the point that we don't do more delivery.

For about 3 years order for this site and never had problems. Delivered at time (except once or twice, but this is okay, we all have our days) Pizza as usual is good, and delivery guys are always very polite and beautiful.

Best papa John's around. Prices are slightly cheaper than the one in Naperville. I often order for pick up and the in-store employees are friendly and give me extra stamps on the reward card. Signing up for the email coupons is a must!
