Chan's Chinese Take Away - Lisburn

This Chinese restaurant in Co Antrim is definitely the top choice for high-quality food. I recently tried the steak and it was incredibly tasty, lean, and tender. I would highly recommend this place.

I am happy that we still have these traditional Chinese takeout places. Sometimes the spring rolls and chicken chop suey are delicious and other times they are not. Whether it has MSG or not, I am literally addicted to the hot garlic sauce. The service is simple but they always get my order right.

The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of delicious dishes cooked right in front of you at a great value. The staff is helpful and accommodating, and delivery service is also available if needed. Highly recommend!

Decided to try Chan’s Chinese takeaway on 1/08/19, Wish we hadn’t, ordered 2 sweet and sour chicken 1 fried rice 1 boiled rice and a portion of chips,first of all the chips were terrible,tasteless,and dry, the boiled rice was 1 big lump of over cooked mess, the fried rice was slightly better and just about edible,however the chicken was terrible,dry hard lumps of white meat with a very soggy batter,there are plenty of Chinese resteraunts in Galway to try,just not this one

Maybe it 's just me but I do have a thing about being ignored while staff busy themselves with other tasks. A 'hello, I 'll be with you in a minute ' would even work. They also give priority to phone calls even if half way through a converstion. Should have stood outside and phoned, would have got a better service. Once ordered a takeaway and returned later to collect it. I waited for another twenty minutes as the staff hadn 't bothered checking if it was ready, which it had been. I got an apology but it has happened again since. Time for a change I think.
