Burger King - Lisburn

My experience at Burger King in Lisburn was disappointing. We went there for lunch because there were limited dining options in the area. The queue was long and the orders were rushed. They were out of bottled water, which was ridiculous. The cashier was rude and our order was incorrect - we received chicken nuggets instead of the vegan/veggie dippers we ordered. My burger had red sauce on it even though I requested it plain. The fries were overly salty. Overall, I would advise against eating here as it was a waste of time and money. I will not be returning.

My husband and I visited this restaurant and received a cold vegetarian burger that was undercooked. We complained to the cashier, who was polite, but the girl cooking in the back glared at us constantly, which was very irritating. The rudeness and the burger making us sick have convinced us not to return.

This restaurant is way too pricey and often doesn't even have the menu items they promote.

I visited the restaurant today and was surprised to be charged for BBQ sauce. In my 12 years of dining at this Burger King, I have never had to pay extra for sauce before. I will not be returning.

What's the point of being on Just Eat if you're just going to cancel the order right away?
