As usually all was perfect, with all those great exotic tastes Excellent environment, a good space for a different meal. Food as got all the tastes that we love in Goan dishes, familiar and home made!
This restaurant is quite hidden and we went to this place as one of our friend suggested. The food at this restaurant is great and the price is cheaper. I went there with friends and we all loved the food and it was worth the waiting. Cons: The staff are limited which leads to longer waiting time if there are lot of people.

There are restaurants that are more than restaurants. The food can be good or bad, the service better or worse, but there is something else that makes them special. There is a context, there is a history, there is one person, anything that turns a simple restaurant into something completely different. And the Delights of Goa has it all. Previous point: it was never to me to distinguish Goan food from normal Indian food. I have tasted many of the flavors, I have often tried both, and I have remained somewhat suspicious. Now the Delights of Goa is the bastion of Goan food in Lisbon, and it is one of those restaurants that everyone has to visit at least once in their lives. Yes, because the food is very good, but mainly because of Mr. José Rodrigues. He is the owner and still uses his special touch in the kitchen (where the boss is his son Miguel), but it is much more than that. Mr. Jose is a lesson in history and life in person, and it is because of him that the experience at the Delights of Goa transcends everything that is a normal restaurant.
