フィードバックを提供するI recommend improving the sanitation at this restaurant. I noticed a fly while I was eating, and the staff didn't apologize; they simply acknowledged that there are flies in the place. Additionally, the food was not very impressive.
We were extremely disappointed with our experience today. While the waiter was pleasant, the food arrived cold and unappetizing. When I mentioned the temperature, they had no explanation and instead offered us three cups of hot rice that should have been served with our meals to begin with. The Pancit was overly sticky, and everything except the soup in the clay pot was cold. I felt taken advantage of when I received the bill, and I won't be returning to this restaurant. There really is no excuse for serving food that isn’t hot, especially when the place wasn’t even busy.
The staff members weren't wearing hairnets, and there were children of the crew members entering the staff area. While they were making shakes, they were eating leftover food without any awareness of the service charge. This place falls short compared to other restaurants.
Lack of training of serving crew. We were still eating, when a serving crew put a pile of plates in our table, very unethical for me. We were served with dishes without a serving spoon, same with the dessert...so i have to asked from the crew.
We ordered Dagupan package good for 3 to 4 persons. We are so disappointed when it arrived already on our table. The taste is so normal and nothing special for the price of 1,250 it's not worth it. I think the 1st seafood Island before was better compare now. The quality of the foods change a lot compare before 2 years back.
