The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf - Lipa

Coffee shops outside Metro Manila typically have slow and inconsistent internet speeds. It took some effort to find a good spot in Lipa, Batangas. Coffee Bean, with ample parking and a cozy ambiance, is ideal for business meetings. The best times to visit are early mornings and off-peak hours between 2 to 4 in the afternoon. However, it can get noisy when local students arrive around 5 and during the lunch hour. The cafe would benefit from more soundproofing to combat the noise. Despite this, it remains my favorite spot thanks to its reliable internet connection and convenience to the city. Parking can be difficult in Lipa, so a coffee shop outside the city center is a great alternative.

This restaurant is fantastic. It's not very crowded, so it's perfect for having intimate conversations with your companions. The atmosphere is clean and cozy, and the food is delicious. The coffee is definitely a standout.

Situated on the main northbound road through Lipa City, directly across from a major coffee competitor, CB&TL is a great spot to meet up with friends. There is plenty of parking available, though it may be limited on Sundays. The prices are similar to other coffee shops in the area.

My wife and I really enjoyed having coffee and desert here. The people were very nice and the service was great. I am not a huge coffee drinker but I was pleased to have coffee with my wife sharing a special moment. The place is very clean, close to everything in Lipa. We visited there about 3 times on our trip.
