Gerardo's Place - Lipa

Been here twice. When I got my first dose of vaccine, I needed a place to stay and rest. This place is affordable yet clean and very hospitable. I stay with Gerardo's Place for 4 days. On my second dose of vaccine, I come back here to stay for 2 days. Both of my stays are superb and very comfy.My room:The room that I have for both stays are the same room. The cheapest one to be exact but the price didn't fool me. It still provides a much better experience and it lives up to my expectations. My room have AC, shower, small table and bedside table, cabinets, and a private comfort room.Gerardo's Place provides everyone for:Common kitchen- they serve hot and cold water through dispenser, their utensils are available for use. I have no issue with it as they maintain them clean despite the pandemic. It is very convenient as well as I don't need to bring my own utensils nor buy my own water outside. You can go back and forth on the dispenser or have someone deliver to your room the service water and/or requested utensils. I even bought milk and pineapple juice and I have them stored in their fridge. Very convenient and providing indeed.Common lobby, tables, and Veranda- they provide common place for tables where you can have your lunch or dinner outside your room. On the photo I have attached, it's 7 AM and I am taking my coffee with such a nice view from the morning breeze to the sunrise. Such a peaceful experience to live with. I also take my late lunch on the common tables as I'm freezing by then at my room.Wifi connection- they provide a strong internet connection all over the place. There are rooms which provides television but I chose the one without it as I want as much self time without my gadgets or such technologies. You can even see how I only have those 2 photos attached and does not took photos frequently. However, the data signal is kinda weak all over the place. You need to go outside for reception. I rly dont mind as I'm 24/7 reliant with the internet connection they provide.Other services- Gerardo's Place also offers food menu and beverage menu. I ordered almost all my meals within their menu. Their pansit it top-tier. Very nice to eat while it is hot and fresh. Same with all the rice meals. Gerardo's Place also offers extension of stay with such low cost. My checkout's 3 PM and I extended til 6 PM so when I get out of the place, the sun is down.Deliveries- On my stay, I usually opt to have my breakfast on Food Panda and Grab Food and the drivers didn't have any problem locating the place. The receptionist gave me the exact address. Gerardo's Place is also not strict on having such deliveries. You can deliver as much food as you like.Environment- having my own room and having common places as well such as kitchen and lobby, I did not experience any noise pollution from within. The environment was clean and quiet and very peaceful in the morning and at night. On the afternoon, the place have quite visitors but I really don't mind as I'm safe as well in the room.Payment- If this section helps, yes, they also accept online payments but only through Gcash.Overall, my stay with Gerardo's Place is superb. Very recommendable place for your staycation needs whether with friends or alone. Will surely have this place on top of my mind when I needed that me time or my friends needs a place to stay as well. Will surely recommend the same to my family and relatives and I'm excited to book my next stay!

Place is clean, Kuya is accommodating and the homie feels of the place was literally a plus.If you're engga already, you can go to their balcony and make chika with friends since they've a terrace and big lawn and feel the breeze.Sorry for the other photo. Blurry. Haha. I just wanna flex the terrace and how spacious the place is. +May parking!! A must!Location is in the heart of Lipa.

Nice accomodation.. owner and staff are all nice and accomodating... very clean rooms also..
