If you order from drive-thru here just be prepared to be handed an incredibly sticky melted ice-cream mess every single time. I've reluctantly gone through this DQ for some time now. Always hoping the next experience is better. Yet I am always greeted with melted ice cream smeared all over the outside of my orders and on the hands of the drive-thru attendant. Making an immediate sticky mess on my hands and in my car. It's always a toss up if they hand you napkins or not so you may be on your own for clean-up. Would say you're right at home here if you don't mind getting melted blizzard residue all over the inside of your vehicle. Don't ask them to flip the blizzards upside down unless you are willing to pay the ultimate price. Ice cream machine never seems to be working properly. Have never had real ice cream here just melted dairy disasters. Sub-par experience every time. Unfortunately always regret going here every time. This is THE WORST service on the planet! Waited at drive thru intercom for 15 full minutes!!! With no one else there!

Out of food often.My order today was placed on the app. To find out when I get there that they were out of onion rings. I paid more for them and received fries. They couldn't do anything being I paid on the app. Food was not good.

Lazy management needs to be fired and/or fired his location to be closed downThey are constantly late to work and even then as the first and only customer they don’t even bother to answer the drive through speakerThey are obviously there just to collect a check and that’s even more shameful on the owners to be this blind and neglectful of their restaurant and their would be customersI’d give negative star rating if I could !

They have been out of ice cream the last 3 times I have been here. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender basket and got 2 tenders and about 6 fries. The staff are clearly not happy here and it shows in the quality of their work and the way the treat customers. I'll drive another 10 minutes to an EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD location on lake drive going forward.
