The best spot on Ågatan to enjoy a great beer. The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. A diverse crowd of locals of all ages frequent this place, though it is mostly dominated by young people.

This place has many brands of beer, from cheap ones to prices that may hurt your wallet. Great selection of pale ales in general.

Had reserved a table at Pitcher´s together with 3 friends as we were going to a concert in the same facilities as Pitcher´s is located. We got a nice waiter and he was helpful. We ordered our food and when it came out, 2 of our bacon and cheddar burgers were cold. We sent them back and had to wait for new ones. once they came out of course our other friends who got their food warm had then finished their food a while ago), the burgers were ok. Later on though, my friend´s beer glass a 0.4 l beer glass) got a crack right through it and she still had approximately 0.25 l beer left in it. One waitress came and took the glass away, but did not come out with any new beer or a new glass. We waived over another waitress who went to sort out where the beer had gone. We told her how much there was left in the glass by showing on my 0.4l glass how much beer there was left). After a few minutes that same waitress came over to the table and said that my friend had tried to hustle her way to more beer by saying there was more beer in the glass than there had been, because her 0.4l glass was taller than mine??? She started mouthing off to my friend a paying customer, or at least would have been had the waitress not started a fight). She said she was going to find out exactly how much of the beer was still left in her glass, and take that exact percentage off from the bill. The discussion ended with us leaving, not paying full price we were not offered compensation for the bad treatment from the waitress). Unfortunately this is the second time I have gotten cold or half raw food at this place. And the service from that waitress was appalling. I will not eat here again, nor will recommend it to anyone. Too bad, because the beer is quite good. But with this last experience I must say this place has really lost every right to a good review.

I am a picky eater so I found a lot of the swedish food not to my liking but I could have eaten every meal here! It was delicious and the environment was fun, nothing to stuffy about this place.

We played in the basement of Pitcher's – a club called The Crypt. (The premises also houses a night club called Doom and the restaurant/sports bar Pitcher's. It's a great place to go if you like live music – and a great place to play if you're in a rock band!
