Don't order delivery from Fuego, they don't deliver and they even lie saying that the delivery has already taken place! Today Friday I ordered 2 pizzas from the promotion at 8:30 pm but they never arrived, I called there twice to ask if the delivery had already left and the attendant told me both times that the delivery had already left! My family and I waited 3 hours, it didn't arrive, they lied to us and we couldn't order from another pizzeria because they were all already closed late. I had to come up with something to cook at the last minute so I wouldn't go to bed hungry. I found it disrespectful towards customers, I don't order anything from this restaurant anymore, and I think they will still lose a lot of customers. If you can't handle the demand, don't accept any more orders! And the worst of all was lying and deceiving saying that the delivery was already on the way..

IF YOU ARE HUNGRY OR WANT TO EAT PIZZA, DO NOT ORDER FROM FUEGO! Delivery simply doesn't work. I ordered a pizza on Tuesday and there was an absurd delay, the person in charge of the store apologized and we took it in stride. On Thursday we ordered a pizza again and the same thing happened, a delay of more than 1h30min, in the end we gave up on the pizza again. Lack of rest and lack of commitment to the customer. Regarding the response received: If it had happened once, ok! But twice and in the same week? Something has gone very wrong. The operating structure is poor and is not keeping up with demand. If there is a lack of staff, if there is a lack of internet or a better system... I don't know. But they need to fix this. Anyway, I don't buy it anymore, that's why there's competition, because there's nothing worse than when you order a delivery and it simply doesn't arrive.
