It felt very suspicious the way Girl 2 came out from the back and locked eyes with me, especially with so many other people around. I started to worry that Girl 1 was doing something unappetizing with my food. I realize it might have been my fault for saying something out loud, which is why I kept quiet; I didn't want to create a scene in front of my child. However, touching food without washing hands is just unacceptable. They routinely handle everything behind the counter, including the cash register that everyone touches. I've even seen workers grab bagels without gloves and tap them with dirty pens to check if they’re the ones customers want. If hygiene is important to you, this place isn't the right choice. It's disappointing because my son loves their breakfast sandwiches, but we'll be looking for a different spot nearby.

OVERPRICED!!! I paid $9.75 for just a chicken salad on a bagel—with nothing else included, not even a napkin! This will definitely be my first and last visit. A sure way to drive yourself out of business!

This place was good with the other owners now when you order a sandwich and pay over $10 they do not give the salad and pickle that comes with it this happens alot or they give you the wrong bagel. Maybe they should hire more English speaking people that understands. They always mess up..

Food is good but they don’t listen. Make sure you have all of your condiments and utensils….I DIDNT EVEN HAVE NAPKINS AND IF COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Terribly disappointed

Just moved to the area and ordered breakfast from Wellwood for our first breakfast here. Annoyingly, the most important part of the order wasn’t included in the delivery. We tried to call the restaurant to see if it could be redelivered but their phone line was continuously busy. We called the delivery person and they said to call grub hub. Grub hub was able to give us a full discount (after and a lot of arguing), but we really just wanted a good breakfast.Our experience was ruined. Beware of this business as you won’t be able to reach them and, once you have to start dealing grub hub, your meal is ruined.Had to get in the car and go to another bagel spot to get breakfast. Never ordering from wellwood again.
