Wellwood Bagels And Bialys

This place was good with the other owners now when you order a sandwich and pay over $10 they do not give the salad and pickle that comes with it this happens alot or they give you the wrong bagel. Maybe they should hire more English speaking people that understands. They always mess up..

Food is good but they don’t listen. Make sure you have all of your condiments and utensils….I DIDNT EVEN HAVE NAPKINS AND IF COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Terribly disappointed

Just moved to the area and ordered breakfast from Wellwood for our first breakfast here. Annoyingly, the most important part of the order wasn’t included in the delivery. We tried to call the restaurant to see if it could be redelivered but their phone line was continuously busy. We called the delivery person and they said to call grub hub. Grub hub was able to give us a full discount (after and a lot of arguing), but we really just wanted a good breakfast.Our experience was ruined. Beware of this business as you won’t be able to reach them and, once you have to start dealing grub hub, your meal is ruined.Had to get in the car and go to another bagel spot to get breakfast. Never ordering from wellwood again.

For $7 I’d expect more than a tablespoon of cream cheese. Shortage or not I’m paying for itPrices have gone up and quality has drop drastically

I have been coming to this bagel store for over 30 years now. The bagels were always the best around. Dense and chewy with that great malty taste. But in the past 2 months or so something has changed drastically. Not sure if they're under new ownership or just cutting corners, but the bagels are mealy and tasteless. I'd say they're stale tasting even though they were made fresh. I could always rely on this place for the best bagels around. So disappointing not to have the same quality as I've known most of my life.
