Bakers Bounty - Linden

THE CRUMB CAKE mic drop! I only tried the crumb cake which I bought at the Rose Squared Art Show so I haven't actually been to the bakery but I intend to get there soon for more crumb cake. I don't even live in NJ but it's worth the trip. The crumb to cake ratio is way off which makes it taste amazing. 3/4 crumb to 1/4 cake and it was so fresh and yummy. It's a game changer and I need to get my hands some more and may even try some other baked goods.

Discovered Baker's Bounty at the Thanksgiving Farmer's Market in Brick, NJ this weekend. AWESOME crumb bun. Beats Mueller's Bakery in Bay Head hands down!

Picked up croissant from Sunnyside Green Market.Excellent use of butter. Good layers. Unfortunately, they didn't use enough salt in the dough, once you got past the outside, the actual layers tasted flat. Salt is crucial to the baking formula. Also, picked up at 10am, but outside layers were already not flaky. Could be better.Good rugelach though. Jam could use a touch more lemon juice to offset the creaminess of the cream cheese base.

The crust wasn't bad. The blueberries were very small, tasteless and the skin consistency was unpleasant. I purchased it at the Grand Army Plaza Farmer's Market.

Melissa from bakers bounty is so nice. The crumb cake is excellent. We like more crumb less cake.We also bought a loaf of the semolina twist Italian bread which was very good as well. I would recommend them to anyone because they have good products stand by them. Thank You ?.
