Kfc - Lincolnton

My experience at this restaurant on 10-2-15 at 2:47 in the afternoon was disappointing. The food was subpar and the restaurant was empty and unpleasant. I had to ask the waitress, Tammy, multiple times for a simple request. When I finally received a response from her, it was rude and dismissive. I should have walked away then, but I continued with my order. When I spoke to the manager about my experience, they seemed unfazed and unapologetic. The overall experience was poor and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The 2-piece chicken breast meal was drenched in oil, so my dining companion could only manage to eat one piece. I ordered the nuggets and found several of them to be too hard to eat. The only thing that was decent about our meal was the mashed potatoes.

Overall, it was a disappointing and unsatisfactory dining experience.
