Dunkin' - Lincolnton

I've never met a donut I didn't like. that makes it difficult to write this review. dunkin' had a buy one get a free special, so we ordered a dozen, partly lemon filled, partly filled sky. normally, dunkin puts more filling in her than krispy kreme. But this time everyone had expected about half the typical quantity of dunkin'. was it because of the special or was it the location? I can't answer that. I can only say the ones we received were dry and lacked.

Order is always correct and very fast service. Great place.

TLDR: During the COVID we got a workers drink (which was already drunk) accidentally. Today my mother and I got both big latte and after driving home, my mother realized that she was actually hot chocolate, which was not only cold, but also was not filled all the way (a lot less than mine, which was the same size), so we suspect that she accidentally gave us one of the workers drinks, if I don't think there's someone in the dining room or behind us in the line to order. One that is as rough as the second, absolutely not right during the COVID. And we both took sips from it, so we're gonna worry about the next 14 days, what we might have been exposed to. We called, and they told us we could come back for a replacement, but not commented when I feared it was a workers' drink. I am usually very reluctant to leave bad reviews, but I probably come to this dunkin once a month or so and there were several times I got the wrong order and I had to go back to fix it.

Dunkin doughnuts in lincolnton offers excellent customer service. teamleiter evan was very friendly, attentive and friendly. the entire staff is excellent and I recommend it!

When order is made correctly it is amazing. But there is never any consistency ever on each order I've ever made.
