Cook Out - Lincolnton

I absolutely love Cook Out! The thick milkshakes are amazing, and the food is fantastic. My entire family enjoys dining there!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes, and when I finally received my food, it was only lukewarm and came with just one napkin. I had requested honey mustard but did not receive it. The chicken strips were quite dry, and the fries were soggy. This isn't the first time I've been let down by this location. As someone who manages in the restaurant business, I believe that customer service and efficiency should always come first. When I asked the lady at the drive-thru if I could get my food replaced, she told me, "We don't have time for that, you can call the store later." I would not recommend this location.
