Frank's Pizza Italian Catering

I have been going to this place for years since they opened and had many parties catered by them. Franks has gone down hill since then. I ordered Chicken Francese when I got home I found 2 tiny pieces of Chicken that were tough and chewy so either it was over cooked or frozen cutlets the pasta was in a separate container when I opened the container it was not Linguini, but Ziti with red sauce. To top it all off the pizza we ordered was squashed because the dinner was thown on top of it which bent the box and stuck to the cheese. It cost 58 dollars for a squished pizza, mozzarella sticks and Rubber Chicken Francese with red sauce ziti seriously who eats red sauce with a lemon sauce Chicken dinner. I have had several experiences like this I figured I would try again, but no more. I think it is time to find a new place. Business Lunch. Everyone enjoyed their food. Good service. Plenty of seating and parking. Lots of stores in the area. Vegetarian options: I did not try one but the waitress let us know that there are vegetarian options other than cheese Pizza. They are really trying to accommodate dietary needs. The service has really declined, and the owner, Oscar, is quite disconnected. He just sits back and lets customers leave after they've complained. In fact, we had a waitress who walked out while we were still waiting for our order, and Oscar didn’t even notice. He didn’t offer an apology or any kind of discount on our bill. This place is a real disappointment.

Frank's is terrible. They constantly get your order wrong and never apologize or attempt to fix it. The prices are excessively high for a pizzeria, considering it's a one-star establishment. I won't be spending another cent there. I've had too many disappointing meals and wasted too much money over the past three years.
